My name is Dominique Houchens. For 17 years, I worked as an air traffic controller, where precision, clear communication, and trust between teams weren't optional. They were the job. That career taught me how aviation really runs: through the people who show up, coordinate, and keep things moving, often out of the spotlight.

When I left the tower, I took that perspective on the road. I've traveled to connect with FBO management and teams on the ramps and in the offices of some of the most amazing FBOs in the world. I've seen how a line professional's attention to detail, a customer service lead's warmth, and a GM's vision come together to create an experience guests remember.

That's why I started CLRD Creative. Your team is already amazing. My job is to help you show the world: telling your story through photo, video, and content that captures what makes your FBO different, and does it with the authenticity of someone who has lived on both sides of the radio.
